More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look for feel right, please email us at support@floawave.com and we’ll make it right! 

Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@floawave.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. 

Please be informed that:

  • A management and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
  • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If the item(s) you received meets one of the conditions below, please contact us Here to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement. 

* Please remember to attach an image of proof in the contact form, without the proof, we refuse to handle the case.

The item received is incorrect or defective.

For incorrect or defective items, we can either refund or replace the order.

The item received is damaged/broken

For damaged/broken items, we can either refund or replace the order.

The order arrived with one or more items missing.

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.

Please Note

  • Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date or 30 days from the order date for replacement/refund requests only. If your purchase falls out of that timeframe, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund. 
  • The refund process may take up to 10 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address:

- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.

- The customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items 

So please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
